Venturi ("we," "our," or "the app") provides aircraft cost management, record-keeping, and forecasting tools for private pilots and aircraft co-owners. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle, how we protect it, and the control you retain over your data.

You decide what to enter. Venturi does not collect ambient device data, location, contacts, or browsing history. If you purchase Premium, your card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never seen or stored by Venturi.
Your information is safeguarded through multiple, independently verified layers:
Venturi is built for owners who value discretion. We never sell your information and never use your records to train external models. The records you enter exist solely to serve you and the co-owners you explicitly invite into your account.
FAA Aircraft Registry: If you look up an aircraft by tail number, Venturi queries the public FAA Aircraft Registry to retrieve registration details. We do not retain a log of these lookups beyond what is necessary to populate your record.
Infrastructure providers: We host the app and store your encrypted records on vetted, security-certified cloud infrastructure providers who are contractually bound to handle data with the same standards we apply.
Payment processing (Stripe): If you subscribe to Premium, payments are handled by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. Stripe collects and stores your card details directly under its own privacy policy; Venturi receives only a customer reference, your plan, and your subscription status. We never receive or store your full card number.
This section covers venturimx.co, our public website. The Venturi app itself does not use advertising cookies or third-party ad tracking.
Keeping you signed in. If you log in to the community forum or manage a subscription, we store your session token in your browser's local storage so you are not asked to sign in on every page. This is required for those features to work. Clearing your browser storage signs you out.
Website analytics (no cookies). We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It is cookieless and aggregated: it does not set a persistent identifier, does not follow you across other websites, and is not tied to your Venturi account.
Advertising measurement (Google Ads). Our website includes the Google Ads tag, which uses cookies set by Google to measure whether a visit that started from one of our ads led to a signup, and to support remarketing. This is how we know which ads are worth running. These cookies are set by Google and governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Your choice. If you are visiting from the EU, EEA, or the UK, we ask before any advertising cookie is set, and nothing from Google is loaded until you accept. If you decline, the advertising tag is never requested. You can change your answer at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Elsewhere, the advertising tag loads by default and you can opt out through your browser or the Google links above.
We do not use these tools to read the aircraft, maintenance, or financial records you keep in Venturi. Advertising measurement applies to marketing pages only and never to the contents of your account.
Your data remains yours. Venturi lets you export any record, log, or financial summary to CSV or PDF on demand. Exports are generated and delivered through secure, encrypted channels.
Venturi is intended for licensed pilots and aircraft owners and is not designed for anyone under the age of 18.
