Venturi ("we," "our," or "the app") provides aircraft cost management, record-keeping, and forecasting tools for private pilots and aircraft co-owners. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle, how we protect it, and the control you retain over your data.

You decide what to enter. Venturi does not collect ambient device data, location, contacts, or browsing history. If you purchase Premium, your card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never seen or stored by Venturi.
Your information is safeguarded through multiple, independently verified layers:
Venturi is built for owners who value discretion. We never sell your information, never use your records to train external models, and never share data with advertisers. The records you enter exist solely to serve you and the co-owners you explicitly invite into your account.
FAA Aircraft Registry: If you look up an aircraft by tail number, Venturi queries the public FAA Aircraft Registry to retrieve registration details. We do not retain a log of these lookups beyond what is necessary to populate your record.
Infrastructure providers: We host the app and store your encrypted records on vetted, security-certified cloud infrastructure providers who are contractually bound to handle data with the same standards we apply.
Payment processing (Stripe): If you subscribe to Premium, payments are handled by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. Stripe collects and stores your card details directly under its own privacy policy; Venturi receives only a customer reference, your plan, and your subscription status. We never receive or store your full card number.
Your data remains yours. Venturi lets you export any record, log, or financial summary to CSV or PDF on demand. Exports are generated and delivered through secure, encrypted channels.
Venturi is intended for licensed pilots and aircraft owners and is not designed for anyone under the age of 18.
